More catching up - Karen Champlin, Viviana Cernjul

A wonderful little boekie from Karen Champlin, arrived without the slightest damage, for a change, thank you postal service :-))
Karen used a variety of different materials and textures, cardboard, fabric, string, copper, book pages, maps... holy family pendant? (I can't exactly tell what it is). I love the vintage train timetable and the way she does the layering. Beautiful work Karen, as ever, thank you for this little treasure!

Viviana Cernjul is sending me a colorful slice of Argentine Fall. Time to ask google translate:
"An incredible golden sound
now lies under my feet.
On the rumor of fresh air
leaves a ceasefire announced"

I am not convinced with the translation, but I get the overall idea, quite nice! And as usual Viviana's envelopes are as beautiful as their content. Thank you my friend!

Angie! So nice to see you here. Thank you for commenting, this blog was a bit hidden in the middle of others and I am afraid that Karen's work didn't receive all the attention it deserved. It's a great piece!
