India, Germany & Celebrate stamps point to fantastic mailart

Jennie,

Thank you for the historical Detroit "Cinderella" artistamps. John King Books is the best! You have a wonderful ability to compose mailart that is whimsical, international, historical & creative, as well as personalized. Your India, Germany & Celebrate stamps make me smile.

The India stamps remind me of India's spiritual leader, Amma. She is known as "The Hugging Mother". (She's hugged 30 million people! Can you believe it?!!) Her vast humanitarian efforts are improving the world in many ways. www.amma.org. She's a great charity to support.

When I see German stamps, I think of my Dad. He has a great Heidelberg castle poster hanging in the basement from a vacation he took. He attempts to learn phrases and shares his enthusiasm for German culture & history with the family.

And the Celebrate stamp says it all.

PS. Your handwriting is a work of art in itself. Love it!
