ah the danger of sending collaged mail 'naked'... i'm not sure if this was damaged in the mail, or if the viewer lost their head while taking in the "One Thousand Buddha Cave" (where is that?)... the artistamp - vaguely reminiscent of the infamous green scapulars that went around a while ago - DID get partially cancelled, and that official stamp of the pigeon carrier is adorable. i can't translate the characters on the masked man's hat, but i guess it has something to do with containing avian flu...?

ah, glad that card arrived! looking forward to the mail when it arrives. the thousand buddha caves are in china some where. that was a card i picked up at a thrift store.  the character on the hat is for taiwan post. and the head did indeed get decapitated. here's what it should look like with a head:
