Beautiful, the colors, the carved eraser border that also is water rising around that poor woman who is all of us, and whose dress is the same color as that border/water, and contrasts beautifully with the solid gold background...When the levee breaks, we got nowhere to go... The woman on the other side looks more serene in her collaged skirt, holding her IUOMA balloon. I like the quality of the thin lines in the the drawing and text. Thank you! Woman in Rising Water is going on the wall for sure.
