The US postal service were apparently mistrustful of a folded triangle being sent all alone and naked to South Africa. They clothed it in a very apologetic security envelope - it did arrive safely though so who's complaining!

The other impressive aspect is that your $2 stamp, FinnBadger, was accorded its full value. Recently I left the local p.o. realizing they'd just allowed me only 2 cents for that stamp instead of 2 dollars. It was a backwater town, but lovable.

Nice triangle!

it is not damaged at all...the word 'pristine' comes to mind!

Glad it made it, even though it was only 'naked' for a small part of its journey.

This is the only one of the triangles to get such special treatment. It doesn't look damaged from what I can see, maybe they just thought it would be safer inside an envelope.
