Comment by Ruud Janssen on March 29, 2009 at 6:23am: The new policy also allowed many newcomers with good intensions to join. So it isn't needed I gues. We just have to be alert. When a spammer enters it is easy to to remove most traces, so I won't change something for the time being. - Ruud
