Catching up again - Received from Katerina Nikoltsou, Karen Champlin, Torma Cauli

Katerina sends greetings from Paris. Lucky us, she brought her mail art "equipment" to France, and she even carved a special "Paris" rubber stamp for the occasion. Thank you for always thinking about us, Katerina, this is much appreciated!

Karen Champlin is going tribal with this sacrificial dagger. I like the three dimensional aspect of it, and the red thread like blood on a knife, fantastic piece! Thank you Karen.

And Torma Cauli is sending these two beautiful cards. Is it asemic? Is it vispo-ic? I don't know, but I like the white scratch effect a lot. Thank you Torma!

IUOMA values? Like: "Mom, Ray & TRRH"? Torma - CallMe, OK?

Thanks cp-sa, MomKat and Karen are sure guaranteed values at IUOMA. And I'm glad Torma recently friended me, I wasn't familiar with his work, I really like it.

Hey CB  and DVS - great work you've got here - I find Torma's work exciting too - and MomKat - WHAT can we say :-) - And Karen - yes I was lucky enough to get a similar thing - wonderful!  :-) X

Thanks DVS. I doesn't really show on the picture, but Torma's cards have a rough, kind of chalky quality to them. A bit like scribbles on slate. Chalk, yes, that's what it reminds me of.

Really nice line-up, Marie. All three are outstanding. The Torma Cauli is a knockout, IMHO, and I can't think of it as anything else but vispo; love the weathered quality. I have such a soft spot for Karen Champlin: This is not the first dagger piece of hers we've seen at the IUOMA. Karen is just a world unto herself - stories inside of stories. Great blog by the Minx of Minsk ;)
