Yesterday, or the day before marked my first year of Mail Art. I am not sure how this can be, but in this first year I did 371 pieces. Does this mean I get a medal or something from the 365 group?
And to think this all started with MIM and her "M", so blame MIM!…

Actually the main part of this is the envelope which is so amazing that the post person forgot to cancel the stamps. Bingo! In side was a thank note and 3 French stamps (one is hidding on the photo) leftover from her stay in Paris. And where did she find Eiffel tower tape?…

Anna Banana sent me this piece of paper with a note: "This is paper that covered my spray table for the past 2 years, see what creative magic you can do with it." Well to tell you the truth, I don't even know what a stray table is, or even what it looks like. The only thing I could think of is the stray I put on the collars and cuffs of the my shirts when they are on the ironing board.*…

Yes Yes Yes, Katerina did it, and alas, I failed. A leap year card post dated the 29th of February 2012. Spot on Katerina. Some when wrong with mine and they were all post dated 1 March. Bravo I say, and I'll have to wait another 4 years before my turn comes around.
A very rare card indeed from Katerina, but I'll be more on the ball the next time around ...…

Faster than a speeding paint, more powerful than bar codes on a card, and able to send Mail Art without an envelope, it's Super Kat ... erina. I received these little wonders in two seperate envelopes, but they arrived on the same day. All the elements are here for my enjoyment. What are the seeds you ask? Oh those are Bar Code seeds. They must be planted on the 1st of April and become flowers with stripes. Thank You Katerina.…

The printed word from Nancy reminds me of an old cowboy series called Gun Smoke. My Dad loved that show. The cowboy would go in to see 'The Doc", and "The Doc" would show him this card to tell the cowboy what he had. The cowboy would reply; "Doc, you know I can't read" My Dad would laugh. Thank you Nancy, or should I say Miss Kitty!
Where she found something…

My guess it that Jen is nearly finished with her non pregancy. But wait, I still have two pieces in the works! Thank you again for this stamp works, and I see that the backgrounds are interesting.

Well if a painting says a thousand words, and a smile sails a thousand ships then a photo can get a thousand members. I'm in, but what are the benefits Erni? Fourty-nine days paid holidays? Thank you for this MAil art Erni, I'll carry it with me everywhere!…

Thank you ladies for these two wide range art pieces ... and the third piece?
"Man surpised when seeing one of my Mail art pieces and saying BAR Code!" by Susan McAllister. Includes a real live bar code on the back. (not picuted, too graphic)
Creature of the Month from Svenja Wahl, but wait, is that the creature of the year I see below?…

"What's on your mind II", but I think it's "What's on your mind too", as what I am finding our about Carina, is that she is very clever, and being snowed in for 9 months of the year and seeing the Northern lights on a daily basis plays tricks on her mind ... too.
I had to look it over more than once as I really think that the skier looks like me, and I was wondering where she could have obtained a photo of me other than on that Rugby calander I posed for a few years ago. Yes, ladies,…

A lot going on in this water colour from Debbie Clandening by Golly. Notice all the items of temptation are in red; the red sports car, the red apples & the red door to by Golly's home. Is it true that the real Garden of Eden is found in Canada?
Thank you very much Debbie, and my guess that the guy in the red sports car isn't taking the long way to the by Golly home.…

Yes, even on the foot paths in Portland you can find wonder things. Jennifer has put it all together in this lovely card, and she only had to walk 500 miles to find it all. Thank you very much Jennifer, and I hope you didn't wear a hole in your socks. Socks? Jennifer, did you say that you wanted Mail Art socks, well you are in luck ...…

It is very pretty as it is, but it is very heavy, and I'm not sure I should open it or admire it as it is.
The post mark said it was mailed from Hungry, but I do not know any Mail Artist there. Who do you think sent it? Should I open it more?
Could this be another Erni package that he had his Uncle in Hungry send me?
The big…

I think I worked it out all by myself. 3 + 4' 3 = a negative Fluxus. There is actually a lot going on in this piece and it should not be hurried. The lovely colored paper ripped, pieces of a telephone book where nearly everyone has the name of Jose, a film negative, and the royal Fluxus stamp, and numbers (my favourites). Thank you very much.…

Yes, Erni can even strike again with a small package. As children we always thought that Ausland was our German grandmother's kitchen. She would always smile and say; "AUS KINDER, Aus out of my kitchen" or maybe she said raus. Yes, I remember, it was RAUS KINDER!
But in the end, before we went home, she would always give us gummi-bares just like Erni sent. He knows everything, and this was a great package with lots to eat. Thank you.…
