The printed word from Nancy reminds me of an old cowboy series called Gun Smoke.  My Dad loved that show.  The cowboy would go in to see 'The Doc", and "The Doc" would show him this card to tell the cowboy what he had.  The cowboy would reply; "Doc, you know I can't read"  My Dad would laugh.  Thank you Nancy, or should I say Miss Kitty!

Where she found something like this we may never know, but it is an amazing find, but the red dots makes it work!

By the way, it's quite a surprise that you know the show Gunsmoke, and your cowboy language lessons served you quite well. I love your little story about the doc and the cards. Of course, I am in a position to know every malady endured by every man in Petticoat Junction or whatever it is called.

Signed, Miss Kitty

Well someone in the postal system gnawed on this card in a big way, so that person is probably ill by now. I think Dean is safe. Thanks for the blog, Dean!
