I love Carina's work, and am particularly fond of this one. I don't know why I only have a cropped photo of it and I can't find the original. Oh, well, it will turn up when I least expect it! Much appreciated, Carina! Something is on the way to…

This mysterious knight arrived, but I cannot decipher the sender. I recognise a thumbnail sized Hilma af Klint painting in the background, I absolutely love her work! It is a digital print, so it might have gone to somebody else too. Do you know who this is…

Surely you all know the problem, that mail art can end up in all sorts of places, between book pages, under a pile of magazines, in a rarely used handbag, among paid bills or receipts. It's a pleasant surprise when it turns up... This one I had tucked in…

I received two postcards from Amalgamated Confusion, which was a surprise. We had never exchanged mail before and I have been absent for such a long time. I like the style which reminds me a bit of my own way of creating digital collages on envelopes. I just find it a shame that they get all beaten up on the postal journey. I know the smudges and knocks add to the…
ContinueThe seasons go by, as sure as Katerina's lovely mail art arrives! Thank you Katerina, as always much obliged! See you in the mail!

After a long, long absence, many diversions and some stupid obstacles to overcome, I am sending a batch of mail art today. Maybe I am spoiling the surprise. I am just so pleased! So unless the car breaks down on the way to the post office there will be mail in the post to many of you. Thank you eternal network!

I have sent out a batch of Mail Art today! I know, its been such a long time!
I am in a bit of a muddle with my records. I am not entirely sure if I have responded to all your mail from the last two years, so please forgive, if I have not.
Happy to be back!
See you in the…

Currently in Goa, India I am working on a new series of Mail Art. I have been on the road for the last couple of months, so please forgive for not responding earlier. I know that there is a pile of lovely mail waiting for me when I come home!…

A delightful surprise arrived in the form of a Luftpost letter from Alan Brignul from the UK. It included four lovingly designed cards (or pages of a zine called "The rambling Urchin"), as I understand, created on an old fashioned block printing machine.
Also i received a beautiful handwritten personal letter.…

I am a big fan of David's mail stories and he knows it! Lucky me, I have received quite a few. Here are two recent ones. Firstly, an interesting report on recent siren sightings. David, I am very glad you pointed out to me the danger of siren extinction, as I they are very dear to me! Save the Sirens!…

A lovely collage composed of various bits of paper rescued from the street (I suppose) by Diane. Exquisite composition, delicate monochrome colour scheme juxtaposed with the frivolous message: Work schedule: Week of the stoner. Diane, you made me laugh! …
