1. CREATE: Use your envelope as a canvas.
2. STAMP: Address and Stamp it.
3. MAIL: Drop it in the post box.

Art via Post is a project that brings together international artists of all ages and types who send art in the form of mail. The envelope is the canvas. Some artists incorporate the mailing address and stamp in their work, others use the blank side as their work space. Medium types include Illustrators, calligraphers, paper artists, graffiti artists and stencilers among others. Anything goes. The message is up to the sender. DEADLINE June 1, 2014

Collective book of mail art.


Send 18 works of size 14.8 X 21 cm (A5 vertical), numbered and signed,
for making up a series of volumes with different artists in each. Each
volume will contain a minimum of 14 artworks, one per artist. Modify
each copy in order to make them unique originals. All techniques:
printings, drawings, paintings, photographs, collages...

Each participant will receive a volume.

Deadline: october, 2010.

Thanks for your kind comment on my video! Yes, of course you can anything you want for burnishing, but believe me that this spray doesn´t do any harm to my fingers. Gel medium isn´t appropriate for my inkjet prints (it makes them bleed because they aren´t waterproof), so I only use it with laser copies or prints. Have fun transferring, Marion
