Hi,
From what I've just read in French from you, I think you understand and know a lot of French.
I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say Français (French) et Saunders...Bon Français. Are they both French friends? I'm amazed that you are using the cedilla under the c in Français.
In French we say, "De rien" for "It's nothing, Don't worry about it or It's not important." I get the feeling that you know a lot of French. "De Rien" is a very casual word as only the Québeçois can use to butcher the beautiful French language. It's little wonder why the French in France hold Québecers in such high distain!!! A better way of saying De Rien would be "Il n'y a pas de quoi...it is of no importance." I'm laughing at myself as I explain this because I really butcher the French language every time I open my mouth. The majority of people in the Gaspésie use a Patois (part French, part English and probably part Micmac)...it's almost impossible to understand. I live in the French Acadian town of Bonaventure. I find the Acadian French very pleasant to the ear but it is spoken so very rapidly. Each little town/village has its own distinct little 'dialect.'
Wilma
Thanks for those tips to help me understand your "codes." I'd love to be able to respond in kind.
