hello
sorry - had a whole lotta nothing going on & making excuses for my laziness....
get yourself some envelopes or maybe 5x7 note cards or some crazy paper from the art store...
Heck - one lady sent me orange bag glued to cardboard that she had spilled a can of paint on.
add some stamps & pick an address on this site to mail it to.
I also have a group (of one person - me) that does digital mail art, cause i am just that broke.
groups are a great way to find like minded people & events are a great way to do art for a specific purpose.
You can also post the mail art you receive & send on your profile if you wish.
however, it is advisable that you obscure the addresses - there does seem to be some debate on this topic but i have chosen to just blank out addresses so i don't have to worry about it.
Tag UR it 2.0 is a fun event to get started with
Hello Marie, thanks for joining Trees
You'll love all the interesting mail you'll get from now on - hopefully they will outweigh the bills. Welcome to a really great community
Marie, this is a friendly welcome to The Eternal Network from a friendly mail artist, living in … guess what?...of course, a friendly country. A perfect start here is mail-art exchange. I would like to be the other end on your very beginning at IUOMA when you decide it’s the right time for you to start trading art. If it’s the case at the time your envelope should read as follows:
The Celestial Scribe
Caixa Postal 24827
Curitiba-PR
80510-970
Brazil
II look forward to see your piece in my mailbox. Yes! I will do my homework after receiving yours. That’s a celestial promise. I’m Patricio, Celestial Scribe & Envelope Provider.
