- Why I am involved in Mail-Art:
- I am a collagist infatuated with vintage magazines. The collages I make refuse to be bound to a specific time. They exist within a distant past, present and far future simultaneously. A while back, I saw some postcards that my professor Bill Burke made years ago. I was totally excited by the sentiment and format of the postcards. So, I began making and sending postcards to friends, family, and strangers by the dozen. Currently, I am having an exhibition at Phoenix Athens Gallery that will display one hundred unique postcards that will be sent to the audience at the end of the exhibition.
