NANCY-BELL-SCOTT

Nancy's second mail art to me. An accomplished collage layered with texts, asemic and obscure. I think of a letter blowing across the ocean, face up to the sun who reads it and sends a puff of wind to keep it aloft for other readers. Thank you, Nancy.

Well David, naturally there's a theme going -- you went to all that trouble to place a recent sterling artwork on top of the sea on a very attractive book cover, and that's an image that doesn't disappear overnight. Apparently.
