Right you are--very enjoyable process. When a work falls into place like that, it's magic. I do know what it's like, but more often I must handle a thousand scraps before things find their place!

Nancy--thanks for your comment. Both the postcard (artwork by a Spanish artist) and the negative seemed to speak to one another and the composition just seemed to fall into place. As an accomplished collage artist I'm sure you have had that happen to you too. It is such an enjoyable process.
