July 10, 2012 marks the occasion of Val's first ever Mail Artist visitor to Sigean. I was inspired to make this event something to remember for years to come.
I am also told that a Mail Art Pilgrim path has been laid from all parts of Europe to Sigean, France.

The environments are stunning, if they only could speak...

Wonderful headlines and art work!

Great Commemorative Art piece, Dean!

Definitely a special event for Val's very First Mail Artist in Sigean!

She is special, and hoping to see photos soon from the First Sigean Meet!

The Pilgrim Path is laid forth...we gotta do it in October, Dean

...perhaps on Oct 15 for the Great Valentine's birthday???

For now...special celebration! Bring on the bubbly:

ZKK and I will also make a peregrination to Sigean in September. We are preparing carefully for this great spiritual experience, fasting for 40 days in advance.

Val's first visitor was not me.  We are still waiting for them to return from the beach ... and yes Mim, I think I did feel the earth shake!

I can't believe it!! You two were together? The earth shook, right? Wow! Did you cut up a lot? Tell more more more.

And why are Mail Artist flocking to Sigean?  Here's the answer from Val himself.

Maybe it's to take a ride with the Master?

Maybe it's just to walk in the footsteps of the Master?

Actually I think it is for the Sunshine.

And not to forget the other side, and the address:

A bit got cut off in the scanner.  Here is the photo version.
