The contest is open until August 1. Yet we are floored already with one masterpiece upon another! Behold this work in the figurative category by Kerri Pullo of Tucson, Arizona, USA!!! This is the Glory of MinXus! The prizes will empty the treasury!

Erni, "draw" has a very wide definition here. Your entries look like a mink to me.

DW, you are definately my biggest competition, although Erni's loose  interp of the Minx is definately winning in the abstract category. Here is my final entry. I pulled out all the stops for this one and will quit while I perceive I am ahead. It is called "Minx Out On The Town"--(Marie in Tokyo)

Excellent rendering!

Did anyone ever think these could exist side by side?

Scan and scannerbed composition is OK.

Comment by DKeys on June 26, 2012 at 2:16pm

oh yeah? well, I can top that. My piece is entitled "Minks Not Vegan". The mediums used: pencil, crayon, and fried egg

I am unable to submit a hard copy as this is a scannerbed composition meant to be a temporary installation as commentary on the perishable nature of art and life. Also as Roy Johnson was quoted as saying"The Minx came before the egg. Period."
