This arrived sat our mailbox yesterday, May 5, 2014. the sender is not identified. There is way too much postage on it--two US 70c butterflies--that have not been cancelled. There is no postmark. Soooo...I am mystified. Either this was hand delivered, or the PO goofed up.
I gently peeled back the masking tape over the photograph of Barbie and found some nicely done hand lettering that simply says "Kodachrome Transparency."

Anybody want to claim authorship of this colorful gem? Rob and I enjoyed getting it, and the mystery is good fun, but...who can we send our own mysteries to if we don't know who you are?

I'm guessing David. I attribute all my unidentified mail to David.
