"My life would have been different, if only ...PEOPLE SENT ME LETTERS NOT EMAILS"

(#56 in the present series.) Oh dear, I do fear the art of letter writing has practically disappeared. how often do I get a hand-written, a nicely hand-crafted letter written with a fountain pen using good ink, on decent quality paper, in a proper envelope, with a postage stamp on it? Once in a blue moon. This is partly why I enjoy receiving Mail Art. "Why not close down your email account then, Val?" Believe me, I have oft thought of doing so (and ditching my mobile phone) but then I fear that no-one at all would communicate with me.
