It opens up and has all the things you need to make mail Art while you are travelling, or waiting for someone in a cafe. I bought it from a charity shop in the UK for £1.00 ($1.30 US) (20 million SA rand!) It was either the "eye" or a Barbie pencil case. I thought the "eye" would make me look more like a serious Mail Artist.
