Comment by Linda French on February 14, 2015 at 6:48am: When I was a child, I really hated seeing some children get only a few valentines. It gave me an enormous sense of righteous indignation. I always had many, and felt ashamed of classmates who played "favorites," and felt guilty for my own abundance. When my children were in elementary school that was no longer the case. All children were required to bring valentines for all if they planned to bring valentines for any. No more "favorites." Some things change for the better. Linda
