Tú dices a respecto de mail art: "...It's about communicating, connecting, sharing..." Ya ves, hago exactamente eso.  Saludos

    Love,

    Gabriel

Thanks for the card! Did you ever find mine? Poor George and his dentures. Family lore is that one of my relatives steered that historic boat trip across the Potomac.

  • Valentine Mark Herman

    Bonsoir Mim! Thanks for the 'hand' card; i especiall liked the Milky Way lifeline. My left hand has chocolate lifelines -- Mily Way and mars Bars and kit Kats and Bounty bars etc. My right has biscuit lifelines -- bourbon, custard cream, ginger snaps, etc;

When are you coming to Paris?

is Dean OK? he has been unusually quiet in the last few days.

Hope you are all well...AND I really hope I can get to Paris and meet y'all next year.

    Bestest, JE Sweefoo

    Hi Mim,

Thanks for liking my artmail, i had a lot of fun creating it.

Your comments were inspirational, not to overthink the artwork.

    Love,

    Gabriel

Bonsoir! 'This could be the last time, this could be the last time, baby the last time, I don't know': the Rolling Stones, circa 1967.

Dean has re-emerged, and sent me a piece of Northumberland (UK) slate, and a couple of beer mats. la Poste delivered it all too!

    Ash Tree Seed Pods
  • Katerina Nikoltsou (MomKat)

Look Mim! The "Fallen Tree" is an Ash tree, me thinks. Same clusters of seed pods, same type of leaves, yes????? (Thank you, google images ;-)

...and is that Richard Dryfus in your photo of the big fallen tree? Handsome guy!

Could you please get his autograph for me ;-)

Great blog, Mim, and I am lovin' those woven maps!

Hola Mim: a hummingbird, the "postbird" of Republik van Patland Postal Service, left heaven today and is on its way to VA.  Pay careful attention to the sky, postbirds usually arrive when no one expect them, mainly when they carry a Celestial Promise.  All the best from the heavenly Republik van Patland.

  • Lee Caligiuri

    Thank you Mim!
  • crisispanty

    Thanks Mim!

Andy and JJ urged me to do this from the day I joined 365, and I had been meaning to...It seems that everything takes me a bit longer these days!

  • Sandra Granthon

Thanks! Off to make art ;-)
  • David Stafford

    I own what you meant.
  • Rand Swansey

Can't remember if I thanked you or not for the welcome, so consider this either a first or second thanks. If you provide me with your address I'll try to get something out to you in the next couple of weeks. I am a teacher, and this is only the second week of school for me, so life is suitably hectic, but I should be able to squeeze you in among my other few hundred commitments. :)
  • Rand Swansey

Already working on it, buddy. :)
  • Dean aka Artist in Seine

And oh so many other treasures!Thank you for giving me the tip to visit this shop! Oulala!

Hi Mim, a word of warning: A card is on its way to you, meant to be minimal. It started out that way, but then a red dot got out of control.
  • Uncustomary

I got your postcard and I LOVE it. Thank you!!
  • Katerina Nikoltsou (MomKat)

Let me post the "skulls" for Noah that I found on the London streets (in Notting Hill).

Even the "ish" was kind of you, not to mention the first 3 syllables ... under the circumstances ...
  • Nancy Bell Scott

Hmmmmmmmm, I could stand about 50,000 of those around now--thanks Mim!
  • Valentine Mark Herman

hello mim! if y'all want to extend the 365 project  -- like bob dylan's 'never ending tour'? -- ove away from the gregorian calendar. i'm sure that somesone, womewhere, sometime must have developed a longer one.

(it occured to me yesterday that my 'envelope a day' project was finite in the sense that i only had to generate 365 envelopes; my current project -- slide art/diapositive art -- is infinite, and i have to produce lots and lots and lots of slides)

    but i don't have any capital letters today;

    besest, val

  • Poison Label Productions
