Dearest Dear Dan, good afternoon...
Hope you are hale n hearty with the grace of Lord... Dear is this the same show for that I submitted my art works? if so please tell me do you published a catalog for that...
My bests for you...
WOW just got my mail, what a great poster THANK YOU
As I noted in my blog previously, the show is terrific and the opening was such fun. Dan, you did a wonderful job of organizing the exhibit. It was so much nice to see so many friends' works in it. And my special treat from Richard C, what a big surprise. I'm so glad that YOU are part of the union and if I had any part in it, yay, so happy. And I think we got a few more people interested in making Mail Art!
Great works...Super Job Dan !!!!
Nice!
Thanks for posting the pictures from the show...They're GREAT
Very strange....
The opening for This is Just Mail Art was really wonderful. We had a great turnout and a wonderful evening. So, I got home way past my bedtime and at least one glass of cheap champagne over my limit. First thing I did was check the pix I'd taken. Not many of them, but some goodies. I then carried my camera up to my office, took out the memory card to upload the pix to my computer, decided it was way too late to be messing with that, and went to bed.
Then, yesterday morning I decided to post the pix. Hmmm. Well the memory card has fallen into a black hole somewhere. Not in the camera, not in my card reader, not in my pockets, not on my desk. In fact, it is nowhere. A serious mystery. Hope it shows up soon. Meanwhile, I will be taking installation shots later this week or next week.
One of the high points of the evening was chatting with Mim Golub Scalin, one of the two people whose fault it is that I am in mail art!. One of the pictures on my lost memory card is Mim posing in front of a personal note from Richard Canard to her sent to me specifically for her to find at this show.
