http://www.mail-art.de is a German website that also lets anybody publish mail-art projects. Quite a lits is build up there. There is only no check on the content of the projects.

Website: http://mailartprojects.blogspot.com/ is one that is used by 99 authors. Sometimes it is quiet, but when an autor know a project and publishes it here, it goes in many directions. The website has 2000-3000 visitors each month!
