Organization

Just wondering if anyone had ever done a blog or something on how each person organizes their mail incoming and outgoing?

Being a bit anal retentive about it I think it would be fascinating to know.

Ok - I keep a spiral notebook and head each page with the person and their address - then when I send/receive anything I date and make a note of what it is and place the incoming on that page to let me know I need to reciprocate. The scanned items i do by date and subject on an external harddrive under each type. Since I make 3d also they are separate.
