Yet another new stamp issue I have recently printed for a friend in Sweden. This is a cinderella for the Norwegian Pond Territories, a small enclave of Norway in Sweden, and this one celebrates Grimur's birthday.
In this example, my friend who ordered these emailed me the photo, showing his grandchildren by the pond, with the dog Grimur watching, and then I added the Norwegian flag colours around the perimeter and the text to create the stamp.
Anybody wishing some of these stamps (and earlier ones of the Norwegian Pond Territories) could contact Herr Bo Olsson, Munkebacksgatan 24B, S 41653 Goteborg, Sweden.
About the Pond Territories stamps shown above, I've just had a message from Bo about this post, so here's the update for those seeking this stamp:
"I have been unwell and the treatment keeps me very tired, so my possibility to serve collectors with stamps is limited. I do not charge for stamps, but Swedish P.O. charge very high foreign postage.
Therefore please add 3 USD banknotes with every request. At least I send a pair, but requests for a sheet may be restricted."
I would also suggest you enclose some stamps of your country, preferably cinderellas, in trade for some of his stamps.
About the Pond Territories stamps shown above, I have been advised by the client of several spelling mistakes, so the sheet shown must be treated as a "proof before correction."
Swedish is not my first language, so I missed the nuances. Here is the corrected sheet, the issued version:
Requests for stamps and sheets can be sent to Bo Olsson in Sweden, details above.
