hello Hilary !
For me ,( from France) , when I load pictures, it's working well ....... ( sometimes I have to wait a little time ,then I repete the process )
Thank you kindly for your advice and for sticking it out with me here, you have been one of the few/only people on this wonderful site to reach out and try to answer some of my inquiries and that I much much appreciate!!! For now though, since I can't really post more than my profile pic on my page as examples of the type of mail art work I do, please feel free to check out my work on my Instagram site...It's just a band-aid fix-it solution so I can still communicate and correspond with I.U.O.M.A. members, but I know people want to see lots of pics and examples so for now this is how I'm managing things! To see my posts go to: https://www.instagram.com/hilaryeliza9/ And thanks again, I'll keep trying to post pics but I'm still more than happy just looking at other people's work & commenting, LOL! Sincerely Yours, Hilary.
I don't know if you resolved any of your issues, but the easiest way to get mailart is to send MA.
Today the site is being weird, but usually you can post only 7 pics a day. To post photos (when the site is not wonky) there is a button on the lower left of "Photos" on the main page. You need to have the images on our computer, but other than that its usually just cumbersome, not impossible. To attach a photo on a blog you choose the photo icon on the frame (is that the right term) you are typing in, on the left hand upper corner
Thank you kindly for checking back in with me, and you are RIGHT ON concerning the very best way to get involved being to SEND more MA! I however of late have been super lucky, I'm not sure how but several people have somehow somewhere seen my work (posted by others? Or on my instagram or fb page? Not sure...) and reached out- three letters/postcards just this week! I am now busy replying to those ones, but before that also had some luck just going nutso commenting on others' posts on their pages in hopes of gaining new correspondents. But thank you though also for the step by step technological help-I will take any of this kind of help I can get! Just to be sure because u seem to know a bit more on this than I so far: from your point of view out there in the ether, can you see the blog posts I do of OTHERS' WORK I'VE RECIEVED? This concerns me most, I've been posting what I recieve with commentary on my page's blog, but I fear it might reach more perspective viewers (& future correpondents for those artists, too) if I post it where everyone else seems to do so-a place I've yet to figure out thus far how to get to though! Anywho thanx again!!! What mail art are u into these days? I just completed a mail art crossword puzzle for the group whose theme is games and play in art-"Thinking About Mail Art." FUN! Cheers, Hilary.
