breaking bottles? seems like we're sharing a bottle with Strelnikov. I don't know how we were supposed to live on crackers after the bomb dropped. right now, i'm into those mres - meals ready to eat - only i don't think civilians can get them. it's good food and easy to prepare

A little 'wiki' background on the Atlas series ICBM:    (link)

 

The Atlas ICBM was the first ICBM capable of reaching our contemporary nemesis, the USSR.   This particular site was decommissioned in the mid-1960s.   It's located about 40 miles east of my home and now makes for a great place to set up telescopes at night, break bottles, shoot guns, what have you.
