I'm so glad it arrived safely - I wasn't sure if it would, because it was raining so heavily when I posted it, which isn't always good news for watercolour!

That book is so interesting. I was a lucky recipient of one of those also and showed it to participants at my mail art workshop.  Yes, we got the Fire and Ice brochure at the National Postal Museum. They did a nice job. Glad it arrived.

Thank you for the birthday message Katerina, and for the Greek Spring Sea Breeze that was waiting for me when I returned from my holiday this morning. It's wonderful how unique all of your cards are, while being so distinctive in your naturally calming style. Thank you again!

No problem, I will send cards to you as long as I'm making them. See you in the mail.

Glad that I got all the way to you, I was a little worried about that. I also appreciate that you noticed what I've started to do with the address side of the card. Often I've done very little to the "other side" but lately I've started to spice things up. Thanks for noticing.

Ha ha!

Whoever said size doesn't matter hasn't noticed the correlation between tassle and tummyy size.

My tassle remains, for now at least, small(er).

Don't eat and drink TOO much on your celebratory weekend! Yep, I have to go back to the UK to sign lots of legal papers as part of settling Mum's estate. I'll see if I can recruit people to the Fan Club there.

Au revoir! Val

Hello! Thanks for your latest slides that arrived here this morning, AND the Souvlaki on a Spit card AND trhe 'Val Lino Fan Club' card with a Greek soldier on it. All very nice and merci beaucoup.

Concerning the Club, what sort of activities take place therein, and what are the conditions for joing it?

I'll mail you something back before I go to the UK at the end of next week.

Thanks again, and Bon Weekend (or what's left of it now)
