It was a real pleasure to meet you too!  Even tho we had a short time together, I think of it often, and am so glad we met.  I do want to return to Greece and Crete some time, so perhaps we can continue where we left off!  I am still eating the last few dried figs that I smuggled into the US illegally.  They are delicious!  Have a pomegranate juice for me.  Yamas!  XOXO, Debra

Perfect!  I will message you from Crete about a visit on the 16th or 17th.  Please let me know if there is anywhere in Athens I should visit while there this coming weekend.  I like to collect postal stationery, stamps, old paper stuff and strange things like that.  Would you recommend I visit the Monastiraki flea market?  anywhere else you think I would enjoy?  Thanks so much!  Debra

Hi Maria!  I hope your packing and moving goes smoothly.  I moved just one year ago, so I know how that feels.  I will be in Athens at the Herodian Hotel on SAT Sept 30 and half day Sunday Oct 1st, next weekend if you have a little time and want to take a break from packing/moving/unpacking.  If things get too busy, I completely understand.  I will be back in Athens on Oct 16 and Tuesday all day Oct 17th.  If that works better, maybe an evening meal or short visit.  Since you are working as well, please don"t feel any pressure to make plans w me.  Thanks again.  Debra
