Hi Kats and thanks for the big blog.  If you remember, the add n' pass was suppose to go to John Foster next.  Or maybe that was the other bit of Canard paper?

Anyway as of the 1st of January, the French postal system completely changed to make it easy for everyone. (Also a way of hiding a postage increase.)  1 stamp for 20grams & 2 stamps for up to 100 grams.  No more in between of 50 grams.

This has lead me to rethink my Mail Art to maxi my 2 stamps.  That's how the Paris map, discount cards & pencils came into the picture.  They are not to be considered Mail Art!
