who exactly sent me two torn dollars in the mail?

Dear friends, please tell me, who exactly sent me two torn dollars in the mail? Two $1 bills, torn in half, placed between two of these postcards. The message arrived in the mail about five years ago (approximately). I will be grateful for the answer.
