I was ecstatic to receive this envelope from Marie. It says, "Hi DK You have so many TrashBooks, I thought you needed a TrashBookmark. (The other piece is data collected from my mice, cells in the brain that are active during a memory task. Maybe Trash...) I couldn't believe I might be the first and only recipient of original Marie Wintzer Trashpo!!
I know Trashpo isn't her favorite thing, but she has made a fantastic bookmark and such a great idea. I would never have thought of that. Elements I can see are: Cheeseburger wrapper ( I see you eat much like DVS), bus or train ticket, creepy mouse wires -coated and uncoated, receipts, paper clip, creepy lab sterlization thingie, Hello Kitty stationary with handwritten note, candy wrapper, dry cleaning tag?, luggage tag
It deserves a much more elegant background, but hey, it's trashpo. She has sealed the whole thing in some kind of gel medium looking adhesive.
And here's the creepy Mouse Data on transparency
This hints to be some kind of subliminal mind control being done on these meese=made me think of those rumors about playing albums backwards. I doubt the mice are thinking anything close to Worship songs unless they are about to be 'sacrificed' , but then Marie would know.
Thanks Marie, I'm honored. The bookmark promised a 'love poem inside' but I will never tear it apart. Thank you!!!!! Hope there is more to come:)

I wonder if the red thread is an Asian influece with red thread/string being key in Feng Shui. I know that's chinese but I think it spread to Japan too? I just today used some iching coins tied with red thread for prosperity
Diane, you should feel honored. I'll bet it took Marie months to collect enough Trashpo - since she lives in Japan!
That stuff just doesn't blow there around like here in the US. Super blog and love the book. I notice Marie couldn't resist the red thread. :-)
I think trashpo travels at the speed of light! It is a great idea isnt it Svenja? I'm seeing a whole trashpo product line now. Lisa is becoming the Martha Stewart of Trashpo Home (holiday) decor.
I love it, the idea is great!! Thanks for sharing Diane!
Wow you already got it? Great!! Thanks for the fab blog DK!! I'm glad it's creepy enough for Trashpo!! :-)) I immediately thought about you when I got that note on a Hello Kitty scrap. And you're right, it contains a lot of mouse surgery and cable stuff. The cheeseburger wrap I picked up in the street :-)))
Thank you again for blogging it!
