The Blessed Father also makes me think of this mail-art guy named Malok in Wisconsin. This guy has been in the network for decades & he sometimes went as Reverend Malok - sent rants & all kinds of quasi-religious spiritual, visionary stuff at point. Here's a Malok thing I could find (he thinks mail-art & the net don't mix so he's hard to find).
