Mailed in July and arrived in October! Not sure where it's been hanging out all this time, but very glad it arrived. Love the double ice cream theme of the envelope. Lots of fun stuff inside too:

Really glad it made it in the end.

Funny that I had forgotten the extras I included. MMSA is an abbreviation for mail me some art, a site where mail art (mostly postcards) is swapped. For that particular challenge minizines were the theme.
