LOL Nancy--you're right. I should have let them think that because they completely forgot about it by the next day.

Geez DK, let them go on with the prince fantasy. They'll find out soon enough. Unless they're 37 already or something.

A bloodhound! Or a new Creature of the Month!

Thank you, Thom, for blogging, and your comments. What do you thing could grow out of the number 1?  Its name is "Gemeines Blutströpfchen" - meaning: common little blood drop ... ???

Right, DK. I think I have some "Grow A Jimmy Hoffa" seeds too.

p.s. you are reminding me DVS, that I bought this cute little package of 'grow a prince' seeds. They are actually little tiny frogs. I told my girls about them so they insisted on planting them. No amount of explaining that it was not real and they would NOT grow a prince got through to them

I think I remember Svenja saying that they had some hormone that stunted their growth, it probably WAS McNuggets. The butterflies need for independence proved a problem--they refused to balance on their anntenae. The caterpillars on the other hand, are completely happy to break dance for some leaves--I think cannabis leaves serve a dual purpose

This will seem so ignorant: Don't they turn into butterflies? Svenja might need a part two.

I heard if you plant Chicken McNuggets they grow into chickens.

I wonder if he can get them all to roll up in the ball simultaneously. This is better than a flea circus . and how on earth is he balancing in that completely awkward position? Only Svenja knows
