richard canard: Found letters from 2010

Going through some ol' archive boxes, I came across these two envelopes/letters

from richard canard in the State of ILLusion (also my Home State: Illinois, USA)

It was a time when richard was not a member here at IUOMA,

but always eager to exchange mail art and send his wonderful humor in-the-mail.

The envelopes have pasted "notices" on front and back:

And inside there was one letter with a great "LetterHEAD"...if you understand what I mean? (Red nose on Texas? Too funny!!!)
