Very nice and striking collages:

Each arrived in Maine about a month after Ilya mailed it. We can't send to him from the U.S., but apparently the U.S.P.S. is fine with receiving from Russia. Many thanks, Ilya -- these are wonderful.

I am close to the doctrine of Kurt Schwitters, who taught us to appreciate the daily rubbish that comes together in a whimsical mosaic, capturing a sunny day, already a day gone by.
