Mystery printing from Frieder Speck

Need your help, I received this beautiful printing from Frieder a few weeks ago, and I just can't make out what it is. I think it is obvious but I just don't recognize it (like it was on the tip of my tongue, äehm, eye...) Please help.

Thank you Svenja, and sorry all others for my only german writing, but sometimes I feel better in my mothertongue. I tried to google your expression: "to stand on the pipeline" Svenja but I didn´t found something, but thats another kettle of fish.

No need to google, Nancy, yes, it's a giant grasshopper - something at his end is missing because the wood it was carved out was a little bit too short. I admire Frieders art a lot ...

Exactly my first reading, Debbie:  giant grasshopper. If two of us think so, it's probably wrong. Must be time to put Frieder's German text into google translate ...

Fängt mit heu an und hört mit schrecke auf. Die Proportionen stimmen nicht ganz das Holz war hinten nicht mehr lang genug wollte es aber dennoch nicht ganz verwerfen. Geheimdruck ist aber auch ein schöner Name gut dass du es nicht erkannt hast!
