My Massive - Mini Mail Art Send Off

I'm just taking a break from making up envelopes for 37 mail outs. Boy is my post mistress gonna love me! The most parcels/letters I've ever done in one go is 15.

For all those who receive one of these little cards, I apologise in advance for not including the novelty magnifying glass I'd intended - but I just couldn't justify the extra postage, those few more mm's just tips it into the parcel category for overseas.

I'm keen to get these finished and mailed tomorrow... then I can think about how I'm going to transform these dull old postcard booklets into mail art books!

Mim, I have 2 boring books of 'Boring Postcards'. Believe me -- some of them are incredibly boring, so much so that they are even quite funny.

Inspired by these books, I have a small collection of boring postcards that I've picked up here, there and everywhere

What a treasure trove. Boring? Hah! One of my favorite things to find is a so-called boring postcard.

Well, thats 38 envelopes released into the postal system, I've now raised my odds of lost mail!

The postcard booklets were a great find on ebay, a little warped, but great for their age. No-one but mail artists would see their potential!

Fiatwise, the new 500 is OK, but not half as nice as the old 500.steal it's name

It's the break/estate version that bugs me. It's more like a 5000 than a 500 -- massive, ugly, and nothing tp do with the calssic 500, except to steal it's name

It tis cute Angie. had to look up what you got, I'd not heard of a Scion xb before... quite different to a fiat! Will you be beefing it up with monster tyres etc..? haha - My fella has a Nissan Cube and I have a Figaro, we do love cute Japanese cars. They're made for a shorties like me!

Katerina they're great! I definitely enjoy doing that too! I've got the urge to sew on cards lately since I just got one of those tools that makes different size holes for book binding.

It was only half a massive mini mail post today, those envelopes have taken longer than I thought. Respect to mail artists who do bumper mail outs, its been hard work!

I still beat my most post at any time - did 18 today and will do 20 tomorrow.. one more than I thought.

Val - I don't want to get you started but I really like the new shape fiat 500, I like the original a lot too - you just don't see many any more.
