Meeting Cascadia Artpost

I'm back from my trip to the states. Despite the rain and snow I was able to once again have a nice visit with Cascadia Artpost and see the changes to his amazing diorama.

it's definitely different seeing it in real life or in pictures where you can compare it to actual people.

i'll be posting probably tomorrow about meeting the seattle mail artist Amy Candiotti. i was hoping to meet PJM as well when i was in bellingham, but the weather was pretty horrible and sadly it didn't happen.

Jack's been sending me his diorama mail art for years, but these pictures are really the first that have given a sense of the its largesse and scale.  What a commitment and undertaking!  ...And that really is a terrific photo op of the both of you together!  Hope maybe you got to meet some other Pacific NW artists? Carl Chew, maybe? Wish I was still there!!

it was really great to see jack and his diorama in person again. i think he said that he's nearly finished with it(not planning to expand it) aside fine tuning or altering certain bits.
