Unfortunately sometimes they damage the envelopes by peeling off. They make sendings UGLY.

USPS postal machines enjoy printing out the postal code and sticking them...on everything, ha!

they easily peel off, and can be reused,

I stick 'em on collage cards! Recycle...reuse..etc.

The barcode sticker, black-on-white, is a delivery advice for the specific address.  They're sprayed on unless the background is dark in which case a peelable sticker strip is applied.  All-in-all, that makes it eligible for the group "We love those postal additions!".

It made it! I'm amazed. Too bad some sort of sticker was slapped on it. How RUDE of the post office. I'm glad it arrived safely.
