And notice: no return address. A long time ago, Dean told me this, in person, in Paris! - don’t put a return address, but be sure to use correct postage. That way the postal service has to be sure to deliver whatever you mail. And it works. Once he sent me green fluffy feathers on a postcard. Another time a flattened cell phone part he found on the street and another time part of an old landline phone. All if these are now in the special collections f the Virginia Commonwealth University Library.

Always good to see Dean in the mail!

And those cards come "naked"...no package, no envelope,

...just like that

...and nothing falls off or gets destroyed, amazing!
