Incoming: Cascadia Artpost and Zack

Front and back of a clown card from Cascadia Artpost. Jack had mentioned having a clown parade in his cascadia diorama when I saw him in January. At first I thought that was what this was, but on closer inspection I see these clowns are parading around his diorama.
