Fantastic--wonderful to receive recognition for your art work.
Dear Jon,
I probably made a mistake, and this is not just a certificate of participation, but a diploma announcing the award. I confess that I am already accustomed to the absence of a jury and awards in Mail Art, so any document seems to me as a certificate of participation. Be that as it may, people from Tyumen wanted to inform you with the help of this document that they demonstrated your art at the exhibition and appreciated it highly! I think they were pleased to receive works of art from different countries, from other continents.
Congratulations! You got a great stamp too!
