i received Mail Art from Dustin Cecil

interesting scraps along with a homemade bookie

now i am all for reusing/recycling, but i must admit it's a little disorienting to receive mail that i've sent out returned to me in this form (envelope and all)... what exactly is the intent here? doesn't really feel like a collaboration... should i pass it along and let the next correspondent figure out what to do with it? curious.
