i received Mail Art from Carien van Hest

wow, look how much texture/depth/layering she got onto this card! this mailing fi-fi-feels personal, as i spent quite a few years in the US Civil Service (all that seems so far away now). could Carien have known about that as she worked on this assemblage? maybe she just intuited it - you know, that special mysterious telepathic dimension of Mail Art...
