On April 27, the Post Office delivered envelopes from several Mail Art Artists to me. Today, the photographs show only unopened envelopes. I will examine the contents soon, and I will write in more detail. Thank You to the senders! They sent me their art works:

Edgar y Sandra, España
Reina Huges, The Netherlands
Melanie Reed, USA
Annie Krim-Déjean, France
Francis Van Rossem, Belgique

Dear Ilya,

People in USA can send postal mails to Russia as of 15th or 16th May 2026.  I have mint USA postage stamps so I will affix them on my mails and ask someone in USA to send them for me from USA to Russia, from now on ! 🙋🌿

Dear Ilya,

My pleasure!  I already found two Postcrossers in China and UK who could help me forward my mail art envelope to you in Russia 🤓

Dear Ilya,
Very sorry to hear that... I am now trying to look for someone in Asia or other parts of Europe who can forward my mail art envelope to you in Russia. I am on Postcrossing too, so it is very easy for me to find someone who can do that for me. Once I find someone soon, I will send you my mail art soon! Please stay safe and well ! 🍀🍀🍀

Dear Kiki,

this is not normal. I'm really sorry. Most likely, there is such a factor as Russophobia. It rose against the background of the war and the sanctions imposed on Russia. Germany officially expresses hatred for Russia and Russians and is preparing for war with them. Are You aware of this? For this reason, letters to Russia can be destroyed on the way, alas. I'm not surprised at anything anymore

I received one of Your art letters. It depicts a blossoming tree and a small bird (an owl), and on the reverse is a face with tears... There was no second letter. Thank You for the blooming garden! Let's wait a little longer

Dear Ilya,

My mail art for you started to travel to Russia via Germany a bit before December 2026. So, it has been 5

months now. Do you think it is normal ? Should  I wait a bit more before I send you another envelope with my mail art in  it ? 🤔

Dear Kiki, I think it's too early. Let's wait a little longer.

Privet, Ilya! It seems my mail art for you sent via Germany a while ago (- months ago) has been lost en route ? 🤔
