Ok, we have to see two very important packages that arrived in Greece today. I had to go to the post office to claim them, as the postgal could not carry them to my door...sigh. But well worth the trip...as MEGA treasures were inside!
The postal clerk was grinning as she brought me the large flat package,
for as we know, Erni makes "art-of-the-wrappings" sometimes so interesting that who would want to open the package? Details on the large package wrapping, size relative to my slipper (read, see, and enjoy!):
Back side:
Front side details:-)
Opening it...very carefully as to not cut anything important,
we are met with fine material for recycling into trashpo
And then, mysteriously being revealed through more wrappings....more images, "Oh, Erni!":
The above were just the wrappings, now the treasure inside:
THE bag! Oh, yes! The BAR bag! I do sooooo need this to store Erni's collages!
And then INSIDE the bag: 3 collages!
Super clean and clear...'do so love these, all A4 about in size.
Fine additions to my Werewolf art collection!
...and amazing details:
Who are these gals?
And Our Lady of the Electric Guitar!
Great work, Erni...thank you soooooo much.
And now.....the tiny package...
me thinks I will have to have another blog for it alone.
This BAR bag is super!

Great package from Erni. Aren't his large collages (A4) great when you see them in person?
Erni's packaging is so Erni. Some I actually use in the studio--they have a function. The first one below is the box Erni's shoes arrived in, and it's on my mail+scanning table holding supplies. The second one is a wrapping that I use as a sort of box--the only thing holding it up is itself! several layers of the brown paper he uses--and in it are bits of paper trashpo that people send me to use in my own mail art. Sorry the photo quality is not nearly as good as yours, Katerina! I need to take a course or something.
Excellent mail art haul from the haptic werewolf--congratulations, Kat.! I love the collages. Also the clothespins on butt. Also DOPE ON PLASTIC (doesn't sound like a good idea, though, does it?)
You are one lucky girl Katerina! Wonderful Da Da Da by Erni Bär, thanks for blogging! :)
